{"id":1522,"date":"2026-02-15T08:32:51","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T08:32:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shearts.net\/demo\/?p=1522"},"modified":"2026-02-15T08:32:52","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T08:32:52","slug":"women-of-fabrica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shearts.net\/demo\/women-of-fabrica\/","title":{"rendered":"Women of Fabrica"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>The first independent Egyptian institution specialized in musical theater<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Goals<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promoting the musical awareness of Egypt\u2019s youth, and embracing the talented ones with training and providing them with job opportunities in the field of musical theater.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Removing linguistic and cultural barriers between the Egyptian public and the serious musical theater arts, such as Egyptian and Western opera and musical theater, through community extension and touring the various performances throughout the country deprived of the influx of most musical and theatrical arts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translating international works into the vernacular Egyptian language and presenting works in an interesting and sophisticated theatrical style far from the outdated stereotypes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assigning Egyptian authors to write works for musical theater.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded by Dr. Nevin Allouba and operatic director Mohammed Abu al-Khair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fabrica started its activities in 2011 Fabrica started its activities in 2011 with the performance of the opera \u201cThe Magic Flute\u201d by the Austrian author Mozart and directed by one of the founders of Fabrica, the operatic director Mohamed Abu Al-Khair, after it was translated into Arabic by Dr. Sarah Anani and Dr. Nevin Allouba, and it presented through its successful performances on The Bibliotheca Alexandrina theater that presented a new generation of opera singers after their training and developing their talents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2013, Fabrica presented the musical Les Miserables after being translated into the Egyptian language by Dr. Sarah Anani, which was presented as the first graduation project from the new \u201cMusical Preparation\u201d section. Training Dr. Nevin Allouba, directed by director Muhammad Abu al-Khair \u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>then presented in the El-Sawy Cultural Wheel and in the T.V program \u201cAl-Bernameg\u201d with Basem Youssef<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In January 2014, the United States Embassy invited Fabrica to tour 4 US states, including Washington, New York, Boston, and Vermont And over the years, Fabrica was invited to appear in several important television programs, such as the program \u201cSahebat Al-Saada\u201d with Issad Younes \u2026 and the program \u201cEnt Hor\u201d with Medhat Al-Adl \u2026 and the program on \u201cSharif\u2019s Street\u201d, the program of Mona El-Shazly, and the program \u201cHona Al Qahera\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>by Ali Orbit.
